- ii ABSTRAK PENGARUH PEMBIAYAAN PENDIDIKAN, SARANA PRASARANA, DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU TERHADAP MUTU SEKOLAH DASAR Oleh Tri Ardila Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pembiayaan pendidikan, sarana prasarana, dan kompetensi profesional guru terhadap mutu sekolah dasar. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 127 guru. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda melalui uji F dan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) pembiayaan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu sekolah dasar, (b) sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu sekolah dasar sebesar, (c) kompetensi professional guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu sekolah dasar sebesar, (d) pembiayaan pendidikan, sarana prasarana, dan kompetensi professional guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu sekolah dasar sebesar. Kata kunci: kompetensi professional guru, mutu sekolah dasar, pembiayaan pendidikan, sarana prasarana. iii ABSTRACT EFFECT OF EDUCATION FINANCING, INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES, AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE TEACHERS ON THE QUALITY OF PRIMARY SCHOOLS By Tri Ardila The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of education funding, infrastructure, and teacher professional competence on school quality. This research is a quantitative research with associative method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire with a sample of 127 teachers. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis through the F to test and t test determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that: (a) education funding had a positive and significant effect on quality of primary schools, (b) infrastructure facilities had a positive and significant effect on quality of primary schools, (c) teacher professional competence had a positive and significant effect on quality of primary schools, (d) education funding, infrastructure, and professional competence of teachers have a positive and significant impact on quality of primary schools.
