DENGAN DOSIS 1gr/200grBB,2gr/200grBB, DAN 4gr/200grBB Oleh VIA JASINDA NEOLA Latar Belakang: Hiperlipidemia adalah kadar lipid dalam darah meningkat tinggi atau tidak normal. Hiperlipidemia merupakan salah satu faktor risiko yang berperan dalam patogenesis penyakit kardiovaskular. Kacang tanah memiliki efek antihiperlipidemia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan rerata kadar kolesterol total pada tikus yang diinduksi pakan tinggi lemak dengan dosis bertingkat. Metode: Penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian post test only control group design menggunakkan 28 tikus putih galur Sprague Dawley yang diinduksi pakan tinggi lemak terlebih dahulu selama 14 hari. Kemudian dibagi dalam 4 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol diberikan perlakuan yang diinduksi pakan tinggi lemak. Pada kelompok perlakuan, tikus diinduksi pakan tinggi lemak dan diberi kacang tanah dengan dosis 1 gr/200gBB (P1), 2gr/200gBB (P2) dan 4gr/200gBB (P3) diberikan perlakuan selama 28 hari. Hasil: Pada penelitian ini didapatkan p<0,05 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rerata pada kelompok K(+) dan kelompok perlakuan. Simpulan: Terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar kolestrol total darah pada tikus putih jantan Sparague Dawley yang diinduksi pakan tinggi lemak setelah pemberian kacang tanah dengan dosis 1 gr/200grBB, 2 gr/200grBB dan 4 gr/200grBB. Hyperlipidemia is one of the risk factors that play a role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease. Peanuts have antihyperlipidemia effect. This study aims to determine the to find out the difference in mean total cholesterol levels in rats induced by high-fat feed with multilevel doses. Methods: An experimental study with a post-test only control group design using 28 Sprague Dawley strain rats induced by high-fat feed in advance for 14 days. Then divided into 4 groups, namely the control group was given treatment induced high-fat feed. In the treatment group, rats were induced by high-fat feed and given peanuts at a dose of 1 gr / 200gBB (P1), 2gr / 200gBB (P2) and 4gr / 200gBB (P3) were treated for 28 days. Results: In this study it was found that p <0.05 which can be concluded that there were mean differences in the K (+) group and the treatment group. Conclusion: There was a difference in mean total blood cholesterol levels in male white Sparague Dawley rats induced by high-fat feed after giving peanuts at a dose of 1 gr / 200grBB, 2 gr / 200grBB and 4 gr / 200grBB.
