- ABSTRACT Protective Effect of Alpha Spin’s Utilization as Antiradiation To the Histology of White Rat’s (Rattus novergicus) Hippocampus Strain Sprague dawley Exposed by Cellphone's Electromagnetic Waves By Ahmad Rizki Dwi Prasetia Background: Exposure of cellphone’s electromagnetic radiation can cause oxidative stress which can result in changes in the hippocampus’ pyramidal cells. Changes are characterized by a reduction in number of pyramidal cells and changes in cell’s morphology marked by the occurrence of picnosis or hydrophic degeneration in the nucleus of pyramid cells. Alpha Spin can inhibit cellphone’s electromagnetic radiation exposure through formed quantum energy field. This study aims to determine the protective effect of Alpha spin’s utilization as antiradiation to the histology of white rat’s (Rattus novergicus) hippocampus strain Sprague dawley exposed by cellphone’s electromagnetic waves. Methods: An experimental research with post test only control group design. Samples were 30 white rats divided into 3 groups. The control group (K) was given food and drink, the treatment group 1 (P1) was exposed to cellphone electromagnetic waves, and the treatment group 2 (P2) was exposed to cellphone electromagnetic waves and placed Alpha Spin. Exposure is done 2 hours/day for 30 days. Result: The mean score of pyramidal cell changes were K=0.44; P1=2.04; P2=1.62. Data were analyzed with the One Way Anova test and continued with the Post Hoc LSD test and the results showed that there were significant mean differences in all groups, that is p=0,001. Conclusion: There is a protective effect of Alpha Spin’s utilization as antiradiation to the histology of white rat’s (Rattus norvegicus) hippocampus strain Sprague dawley exposed by cellphone’s electromagnetic waves. Perubahan ditandai dengan pengurangan jumlah sel piramidal dan perubahan morfologi sel yang ditandai terjadinya piknosis ataupun degenerasi hidrofik pada inti sel piramidal. Alpha Spin dapat menghambat paparan radiasi elektromagnetik ponsel melalui medan energi kuantum yang terbentuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek protektif dari penggunaan antiradiasi Alpha spin terhadap histologi hipokampus tikus putih (Rattus novergicus) galur Sprague dawley yang terpapar gelombang elektromagnetik ponsel. Metode: Penelitian eksperimental dengan post test only control group design. Sampel adalah 30 ekor tikus putih yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok. Kelompok kontrol (K) diberi makan dan minum, kelompok perlakuan 1 (P1) dipaparkan gelombang elektromagnetik ponsel, dan kelompok perlakuan 2 (P2) dipaparkan gelombang elektromagnetik ponsel dan diletakkan Alpha Spin. Paparan dilakukan 2 jam/hari selama 30 hari. Hasil: Rerata skor perubahan sel piramidal adalah K=0,44; P1=2,04; P2=1,62. Data dianalisa dengan uji One Way Anova dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Post Hoc LSD dan didapatkan hasil terdapat perbedaan rerata yang bermakna pada semua kelompok, yaitu p=0,001. Simpulan: Terdapat efek protektif pemberian antiradiasi Alpha Spin terhadap gambaran histologi hipokampus tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) galur Sprague dawley yang terpapar gelombang elektromagnetik ponsel.
