Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif memiliki hubungan dengan kejadian stunting pada balita. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting pada balita (usia 24-59 bulan) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Way Urang Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan rancangan penelitian kasus kontrol (case control). Data riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara kepada ibu berdasarkan kuesioner mengenai riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayinya. Daftar balita stunting merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data Puskesmas Way Urang. Data primer mengenai tinggi badan penderita stunting diperoleh melalui pengukuran kembali tinggi badan balita penderita stunting dengan menggunakan microtoise dan antropometri. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil: Terdapat hubungan riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting pada balita (usia 24-59 bulan) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Way Urang Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dengan nilai p= 0,000. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan riwayat pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting pada balita (usia 24-59 bulan) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Way Urang Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Several studies have shown that the history of exclusive breastfeeding has an association with the incidence of stunting in toddlers. Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the association between the history of exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in toddlers (aged 24-59 months) in the Way Urang Community Health Center in South Lampung Regency. Method: This study uses an observational analytic method with a case control study design. The history of exclusive breastfeeding data is a primary data obtained by conducting interviews with mothers based on a questionnaire regarding the history of exclusive breastfeeding to their babies. The list of stunting toddlers is a secondary data obtained from Way Urang Community Health Center data. The primary data of the stunting toddlers&#x2019; height data were obtained through remeasuring&#xD; the&#xD; height&#xD; of&#xD; stunting&#xD; toddlers&#xD; by&#xD; using&#xD; microtoise&#xD; and&#xD; anthropometric.&#xD; &#xD; The&#xD; statistical&#xD; analysis&#xD; uses&#xD; the&#xD; Chi&#xD; Square&#xD; test.&#xD; &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; Result: There is an association of exclusive breastfeeding history with the occurrence of stunting in toddlers (aged 24-59 months) in Way Urang Community Health Center South Lampung Regency. P value= 0,000. Conclusion: There is a significant association of history of exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in toddlers (aged 24-59 months) in the Way Urang Community Health Center in South Lampung Regency.
