- ABSTRACT INFLUENCE OF PRINCIPAL LEADERSHIP, SCHOOL CLIMATE, WORK MOTIVATION ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL BANDARLAMPUNG By Eka Rohmiati This study aims to determine influence of: (1) principal leadership on the performance of teachers at Bandar Lampung Vocational Schools, (2) school climate on teacher performance at Bandar Lampung Vocational Schools, (3) work motivation on teacher performance at Bandar Lampung Vocational Schoosl, (4 ) principal leadership, school climate, work motivation on teacher performance at Bandarlampung public Vocational School’s. This research is a quantitative descriptive research using Ex Post Facto. Results show that (1) there was a positive and significant influence of principal leadership on teacher performance (2) there is a positive and significant influence of the school climate on teacher performance,(3) there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence principal leadership, school climate and work motivation on teacher performance. ABSTRAK PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, IKLIM SEKOLAH, MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMKN BANDAR LAMPUNG Oleh Eka Rohmiati Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN Bandar Lampung, (2) Iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN Bandar Lampung, (3) Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN Bandar Lampung, (4) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah,iklim sekolah, Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN Bandarlampung. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Ex Post Facto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, motivasi belajar, kinerja guru.
