- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan program pembelajaran IPA ter¬padu immersed berbasis proyek limbah kulit singkong untuk meningkatkan ke¬terampilan berpikir kreatif siswa SMP. Model yang digunakan adalah model pe¬ngembangan ADDIE menurut Dick and Carry (1996). Kevalidan program pem¬belajaran IPA terpadu immersed berbasis proyek hasil pengembangan di¬dasar¬kan pada hasil validasi pada aspek kesesuaian isi dan aspek kontruksi. Selain itu, guru diminta memberikan respon pada aspek kesesuaian isi dan kontruksi ter¬hadap program pembelajaran IPA terpadu immersed berbasis proyek hasil pengembang¬an. Guru diminta memberikan respon terhadap keterlaksanaan program pem¬belajar¬an IPA terpadu immersed berbasis proyek hasil pengembangan. Validasi ahli menunjukan bahwa rata-rata persentase aspek kesesuaian ini sebesar 94,82% dan aspek kontruksi sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi. Rata-rata persen¬tase respon guru pada aspek kesesuain isi dan kontruksi sebesar 97,5% dan 99,2% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi. Persentase keterlaksanaan sintak dan sistem sosial program pembelajaran IPA terpadu immersed berbasis proyek hasil pengembang¬an berturut-turut sebesar 92,85% dan 90% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi. Ke¬efektif¬an program pembelajaran IPA terpadu immersed berbasis proyek ditinjau dari n-gain dan effect size. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa n-gain siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,58 dengan kriteria sedang dan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,29 dengan kriteria rendah serta besarnya effect size sebesar d=1,006 dengan kriteria large. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, program pembelajaran IPA terpadu immersed berbasis proyek pengolahan limbah kulit singkong efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa SMP. Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran berbasis proyek, keterampilan berpikir kreatif, IPA terpadu immersed ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to develop an immersed integrated science learning program based on cassava peel waste project to improve junior high students’ creative thinking skills. The model used in this research is the ADDIE development model according to Dick and Carry (1996). The validity of immersed integrated science learning program project based development results are based on expert validity on aspect of content suitability and contruction aspects. Other than that, the teachers are asked to respond based on experts validity on aspect of content suitability and contruction aspects an immersed integrated science learning program project based development result. The teacher and students are asked to respond to the implementation of an immersed integrated science learning program project based development result. Experts validation shows that the average percentage of content suitability is 94,82% and construction aspect is 100% with very high criteria. The average percentage of teacher responses to aspect of content suitability and construction aspect is 97,5% and 99,25% with very high criteria. The percentage of the implementation of the syntax and social systems of immersed integrated science learning program project based development result is 92,85 and 90% with very high criteria. The effectiveness of immersed integrated science learning program project based was based on n-gain and effect size. The results showed that the n-gain of the experimental class students was 0,58 with high criteria and control class was 0,29 with low criteria and the size of effect size was d=1,006 with large criteria. Based on these, the immersed integrated science learning program based on cassava peel waste project was effective to improving junior high student’s creative thinking skills.
