  • Masalah penelitian ini sebagian guru masih rendah tingkat kinerjanya, tetapi kepala madrasah telah melaksanakan tugas kepemimpinannya, guru memiliki kepercayan diri, dan adanya pengembangan profesi guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidik yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, pengembangan profesi, dan kepercayaan diri terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiah Negeri Kota Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan metode pendekatan ex post facto. Sampel sebanyak 132 orang guru diambil secara acak dari 317 populasi guru di MIN. Teknik pengumpulan data yang utama menggunakan angket yang kemudian hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik regresi linier sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh adalah (1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MIN. (2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepercayaan diri terhadap kinerja guru di MIN. (3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan profesi terhadap kinerja guru di MIN. (4) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, kepercayaan diri dan pengembangan profesi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di MIN. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, kepercayaan diri, pengembangan profesi, kinerja guru ABSTRACT The problem with this research is that there are still teachers whose performance levels are low, but the principals have carried out their leadership duties, the teachers have self-confidence, and there is a development of the teaching profession to improve the quality of good educators. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of madrasah principalship, profesion development and self-confidence on teacher performance in public islamic primary school or madrasah ibtidaiah negeri (MIN) of Bandar Lampung City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. A sample of 132 teacher were randomly selected from 317 teachers in MIN Bandar Lampung City. The main data collection technique used was questionnaire and the colleted data were analyzed using simple linear and data multiple regression. The results of the study were: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the leadership of the madrasah principalship on teacher performance in the MIN Bandar Lampung City. (2) There is a positive and significant influence profession development on teacher performance in MIN Bandar Lampung City. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of self confidence on teacher performance in MIN Bandar Lampung City. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of madrasah principalship, self-confidence and professional development jointly on teacher performance in the MIN Bandar Lampung City.
