- ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL AND RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMETNT ON CORPORATE MARKET VALUE (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Compains Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2013-2017) By: Eri Mar’atus Sholiha This study aims to examine the variables of intellectual capital, namely physical capital (VACA), human capital (VAHU), structural capital (STVA), and research and development on the market value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This test uses SPSS version 23. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017 with a total sample of 8 companies. The data source of this research is secondary data obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The method used is purposive sampling. For the method of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the variable physical capital (VACA) did not affect the company's market value. This shows that resulted in an increase in the company's market value. And structural capital (STVA) does not affect the company's market value, indicating that there is no increase in STVA on the company's market value. Whereas human capital (VAHU) and RnD have a positive effect on the company's market value. ABSTRAK PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL DAN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMETNT TERHADAP NILAI PASAR PERUSAHAAN (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2017) Oleh: Eri Mar’atus Sholiha Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji variabel intellectual capital, yaitu physical capital (VACA), human capital (VAHU), structural capital (STVA), dan research and development terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengujian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017 dengan total sampel 8 perusahaan. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Untuk metode analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel physical capital (VACA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mengakibatkan peningkatan nilai pasar perusahaan. Dan structural capital (STVA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan, menunjukkan bahwa tidak terjadi peningktan STVA terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan. Sedangkan human capital (VAHU) dan RnD berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan.
