- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebijakan parkir terpadu terhadap penguatan karakter disiplin mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung Tahun Akademik 2018/2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 10% dari 544 jumlah mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung tahun akademik 2018/2019 yang menggunakan kendaraan bermotor dan diperoleh 65 mahasiswa dari angkatan 2017-2018. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket terbuka. Hasil analisis dari pengolahan data penelitian diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara kebijakan parkir terpadu terhadap penguatan karakter disiplin mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung tahun akademik 2018/2019. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian keeratan pengaruh pada nilai 0.83 yaitu pada kategori sangat kuat. Kebijakan memiliki dua variabel utama yang saling berkaitan yaitu isi kebijakan dan lingkungan implementasi kebijakan. Kata Kunci : Kebijakan, Parkir Terpadu, Karakter disiplin The aim of this research is to find out the influence of integrated parking policy in strengthening the discipline character of the students of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Lampung University, academic year of 2018/2019. The method used in this research is the descriptive method with the quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 10% out of the 544 students of the Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Lampung University in the academic year of 2018/2019 who used motor vehicles and obtained 65 students from the 2017-2018 class. The data collection technique used was an open questionnaire. The results of the analysis of research data processing revealed that there was a very strong and significant influence between integrated parking policies in strengthening the discipline character of the students of the Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Lampung University in the academic year of 2018/2019. Itwasproved by the results of the closeness of the influence test on the value of 0.83 which was in the very strong category. Policy has two main interrelated variables namely the contents of the policy and the policy environment implementation. Keywords: Policy, Integrated Parking, Discipline Character
