  • Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Lampung memiliki sistem pendaftaran seminar akademik dengan proses administratif manual, terdapat kekurangan dari alur pendaftaran yang sudah ada seperti minimnya informasi yang tersaji dengan cepat, dengan pengolahan data tidak terpusat disatu database menyulitkan operator, mahasiswa dan dosen untuk memonitoring pendaftaran seminar akademik seperti minimnya informasi status pendaftaran, sulitnya pencarian berkas, dan sulitnya monitoring status seminar. Sistem informasi pendaftaran seminar akademik dapat memudahkan proses administratif agar dapat diakses oleh pengguna secara bersamaan melalui browser dengan jaringan internet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pendaftaran seminar akademik di Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Lampung yang dapat memasukan, mengelola, serta menampilkan data dengan baik agar menghasilkan informasi yang akurat dan tersaji dengan cepat. Metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) digunakan sebagai panduan untuk membangun sistem informasi pendaftaran seminar akademik, didapatkan 52 usecase untuk menunjang sistem informasi pendaftaran seminar akademik. Pengujian dilakukan disetiap fungsi usecase pada sistem, kemudian menguji sistem menggunakan metode UEQ, kepada 4 admin TU Jurusan Teknik Elektro, 22 mahasiswa Teknik Elektro, 4 staff IT UPT TIK Universitas Lampung, hasil pengujian sistem pendaftaran seminar akademik memenuhi fungsi yang dibutuhkan oleh 4 aktor, dari 6 kategori menggunakan metode UEQ, benchmark yang didapat adalah 5 point mendapat nilai sangat baik dan 1 point mendapatkan nilai baik. Kata kunci : Pendaftaran Seminar, Sistem Informasi, RAD, UEQ The electrical engineering department, Lampug University had an academic seminar registration system with manual administrative process. There some weaknesses on manual registration. They were the availability of information speed was limited. The data analyzing was not in one database centrally. It caused the operator was hard to operate and to monitor the academic seminar registrastion of college students and the lecturers. The manual registration of collage students and the lecturers. The manual registration was also lack of information about the registration status. It was hard to find the data bundles and it was hard to monitor the status of the seminar. The information system of academic seminar registration was able to make the administration process easier. So, it can be accessed by the user simultaneously by using a browser with an internet connection. The research aims to develop the academic seminar registration system in the electrical engineering departement of Lampung University in which it can be used to log in, process and to shwo the data up properly, accurately and quicly. Rapid Application Development (RAD) was used as a guidance to develop the information about academic seminar registration an 52 use case were gotten to support it. The assessment was conducted in each use case function system. Then, it was accessed by conducting the UEQ method to 4 admission staffs of IT UPT TIK in the electrical engineering department, lampung University. The result of the assessment of the academic seminar registration system had fulfilled the function that was needed by 4 actors from 6 categories by using the UEQ method.
