  • ABSTRAK Pengaruh Penggunaan Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Interaktif dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Prestasi Kerja: Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Oleh Ida Bagus Kade Widhi Arsana Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Interaktif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, (2) pengaruh Pengembangan Karir terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, (3) pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Prestasi Kerja, (4) pengaruh Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Interaktif terhadap Prestasi Kerja, (5) pengaruh Pengembangan Karir terhadap Prestasi Kerja, dan (6) pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Interaktif dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Prestasi Kerja melalui Komitmen Organisasi. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan meneliti 86 responden di perusahaan jasa bidang perhotelan di Bandar Lampung. Menurut hasil penelitian, peneliti menganalisis 86 data responden dari 100 data yang dikembalikan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS, peneliti menemukan bahwa, tidak ada pengaruh secara tidak langsung Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Interaktif dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Prestasi Kerja melalui Komitmen Organisasi, Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Interaktif tidak berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh Terhadap Prestasi Kerja, sedangkan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Interaktif berpengaruh positif terhadap Prestasi Kerja, dan juga Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif terhadap Prestasi Kerja. penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi yaitu dalam aspek pengembangan literatur akuntansi manajemen untuk melihat menganalisis faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi Komitmen Organisasi dan Prestasi Kerja karyawan di perusahaan ini Kata kunci: Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Interaktif, Pengembangan Karir, Prestasi Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi. ABSTRACT The Effect of Performance Measurement Systems and Career Development on Work Performance: Organizational Commitment as an Intervening Variable By Ida Bagus Kade Widhi Arsana This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of an Interactive Performance Measurement System on Organizational Commitment, (2) the effect of Career Development on Organizational Commitment, (3) the effect of Organizational Commitment to Work Performance, (4) the effect of Interactive Performance Measurement Systems on Job Performance, (5) the effect of Career Development on Work Performance, and (6) the direct or indirect effect of Interactive Performance Measurement System and Career Development on Performance Work through Organizational Commitment. To achieve the research objectives, this study was conducted by examining 86 respondents in the hospitality services company in Bandar Lampung. According to the results of the study, researchers analyzed 86 respondents' data from 100 returned data. Based on the results of calculations using SmartPLS, researchers found that, there was no indirect effect of the Interactive Performance Measurement System and Career Development on Work Performance through Organizational Commitment, the Interactive Performance Measurement System had no effect on Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Commitment had no effect on Job Performance, while Career Development has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment, Interactive Performance Measurement System has a positive effect on Job Performance, and also Career Development has a positive effect on Job Performance. This research contributes, namely in the aspect of developing management accounting literature to see analyzing what factors influence the Organizational Commitment and Work Performance of employees in this company Keywords: Interactive Performance Measurement System, Career Development, Job Performance, Organizational Commitment.
