- ABSTRACT THE EFFECTS OF INDUSTRIAL-TYPE RELATED TO GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS, PROPER RATING, AND COMPANY SIZE TO THE GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS DISCLOSURE IN THE KOMPAS100 INDEXED COMPANIES By FAISAL FACHRUR ROZI This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effects of industrial-type related to greenhouse gas emissions, PROPER rating, and company size to the greenhouse gas emissions disclosure. The population of this study was the Kompas100 indexed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the periods 2013-2017. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling with total samples of 245 companies. Data analyses performed by the classical assumption and hypothesis test using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that industrial-type related to greenhouse gas emissions, PROPER rating, and company size had positive significant effects on the greenhouse gas emissions disclosure. Keywords : greenhouse gas emissions disclosure, industrial-type, PROPER rating, company size ABSTRAK PENGARUH JENIS INDUSTRI YANG TERKAIT EMISI GAS RUMAH KACA, PERINGKAT PROPER, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PENGUNGKAPAN EMISI GAS RUMAH KACA PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERINDEKS KOMPAS100 Oleh FAISAL FACHRUR ROZI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh jenis industri yang terkait emisi gas rumah kaca, peringkat PROPER, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan emisi gas rumah kaca. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terindeks Kompas100 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 245 perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa jenis industri yang terkait emisi gas rumah kaca, peringkat PROPER, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengungakapan emisi gas rumah kaca.
