- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan trasformasional kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap profesionalisme guru SMK Negeri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuisoner. Pengujian hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 181 guru yang sudah bersertifikasi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel mengunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel 124. Hasil penelitian secara umum menunjukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan trasformasional kepala sekolah terhadap perofesionalisme guru sebesar 31,5%. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 12%. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru sebesar 9,9%. Secara keseluruhan kepemimpinan trasformasional kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru SMK Negeri. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan trasformasional, budaya organisasi, kecerdasan emosional, profesionalisme guru. abstract The purpose of this study was to find out, test and analyze the influence of principals' transformational leadership, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on the professionalism of teachers of state vocational schools. This research was a quantitative descriptive research with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. Hypothesis testing was used simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 181 teachers who were certified with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula to obtain 124 samples. The results of the study generally showed a positive and significant influence between principals' transformational leadership to teacher professionalism was 31,5%. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism by 12%. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism of 9,9%. It could be said that principal's transformational leadership, organizational culture and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the professionalism of state Vocational School teachers.
