- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor fundamental yang diproksikan dengan Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan perubahan arus kas operasi serta pengaruh opini audit terhadap return saham pada perusahaan properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2015-2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh 93. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel ROA. Sedangkan variabel lain yaitu EPS, perubahan arus kas operasi, dan opini audit tidak berpengaruh. Kata kunci: faktor fundamental, opini audit, return saham This study aims to determine the effect of fundamental factor that proxied by Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), and change in cash flow operation as well as the influence of audit opinion on stock return in property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2017. The sample in this study were obtained using the purposive sampling method with a total of 93. The hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression. The results shows that there is positive and significant effect of variable ROA. While other variables, namely EPS, change in cash flow operation and audit opinion have no effect.
