- Kebijakan Transportasi ojek online di Kota Bandar Lampung menimbulkan permasalahan terhadap pelayanan transportasi publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan transportasi ojek ojek online terhadap menurunnya trayek dan armada Bus Rapid Trans. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian Kualitatif dengan sistem wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bandar Lampung, PT Bus Rapid Trans. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan ojek online mengakibatkan buruknya kualitas pelayanan transportasi publik. Kualitas pelayanan transportasi publik menjadi buruk dikarenakan berkurangnya armada dan trayek bus rapid trans dari 95 armada pada tahun 2017 menjadi 25 armada pada tahun 2018. Menurunnya jumlah armada dan Ttrayek Bus Rapid Trans sebagai akibat dari berkurangnya jumlah perjalanan menggunakan transportasi publik dari 12,23% menjadi 5,93%. Pemerintah tidak siap dengan adanya kebijakan transportasiojek online. Masyarakat lebih memilih menggunakan transportasi ojek online dibandingkan transportasi publik dikarenakan pemerintah tidak memprioritaskan pembenahan pelayanan transportasi publik dalam hal peremajaan armada dan pengaturan trayek yang jelas, tidak adanya aturan untuk membatasi kuota driver ojek online. Kata kunci: Kebijakan, Transportasi, Online The policy of ojek online transportation in Bandar Lampung was raised problems to public transportation services. This study was aimed to analyze the ojek online transportation policy to the quality of bus rapid trans transportation services. The research method that used in this study was the qualitative research method by using the system of interview, observation and study documentation. The research location of this study was at Department of Transportation in Bandar Lampung. The results of this study showed that the ojek online policy was lead to decreased the quality of public transportation service. The policy of public transportation was decreased due to the reduced fleet of routes of bus rapid trans from 95 fleets on 2017 to 25 fleets on 2018. The decrease of the fleets and routes of bus rapid trans as a factor of the reduced of the trip number that were using the public transportation from 12,23% to 5,93%. The government is not ready with the online motorcycle taxi transportation policy. People prefer to use online motorcycle taxi transportation over public transportation because the government does not prioritize improving public transportation services in terms of bus rejuvenation and clear route arrangements, there are no rules to limit the quota of online motorcycle taxi drivers.
