- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Current Ratio dan Net Profit Marginterhadap harga saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013 – 2017.Besarnya sampel sebanyak 83 perusahaan ditentukan dengan rumus Slovin dan ditetapkan menggunakan jenis metode purposive sampling.Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover dan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Current Ratio berpengaruh positif namun tidak secara signifikan. Secara simultan atau bersama – sama variabel Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Current Ratio dan Net Profit Marginberpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata Kunci: rasio keuangan, kinerja keuangan, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), harga saham. This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin toward stock prices. The population in this study consisted of all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 periods. The sample size of 83 companies was determined by the Slovin formula and was determined using a type of purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques were carried out by multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that partially the variables of Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin had a positive and significant effects on stock prices while the Current Ratio has a positive but not significant effect. Simultaneously or together the variables of Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin had effects on the stock price.
