- Masalah dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik serta LKPD yang digunakan saat pembelajaran yang belum mendukung kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas IV SD di kecamatan Bandar Sribhawono. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk LKPD berbasis model reciprocal teaching yang layak dan mengetahui efektivitas LKPD berbasis model reciprocal teaching untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikit kritis peserta didik kelas IV SD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan yang merujuk pada teori Borg and Gall. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SD di Kecamatan Bandar Sribhawono. Sampel penelitian yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling adalah 30 peserta didik kelas IV A SDN 2 Sribhawono. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar angket, lembar observasi dan soal tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis model reciprocal teaching layak digunakan, serta efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil validasi ahli materi dan ahli media dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. LKPD berbasis reciprocal teaching juga efektif digunakan dalam menigkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, dibuktikan dengan hasil belajar peserta didik pada skor pretest dan posttest dengan hasil perhitungan Gain sebesar 0,55 dengan kategori “Sedang”. Kata kunci: LKPD, reciprocal teaching, berpikir kritis ABSTRACT The problem of the research was the learning process in the classroom tends to be conventional so that is teacher center, the learning outcomes of students do not meet the KKM, the LKPD used does not support students critical thinking skills of critical thinking of 4th grade Elementary School in Bandar Sribhawono. The research of worksheet based on reciprocal teaching aims to produce worksheet based on reciprocal teaching is feasible and the effectiveness of development student worksheet based on reciprocal teaching to improve the ability of critical thinking students in 4th grade Elementary School. The type of research used is research and development that refers to the theory of Borg & Gall. The population of this research is the students of 4th grade Elementary School in Bandar Sribhawono. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique was 30 students in 4th grade class A of Elementary School 2 Sribhawono. Data were collected used questionnaires, observation sheet and test questions. The results showed that worksheet based on reciprocal teaching is feasible to use and effectively to increase the ability of critical thinking students. This is evidenced by the results of the validation of material experts and media experts in the "Very Good" category. The worksheet based on reciprocal teaching is also effectively to improve the ability of critical thinking students, evidenced by the learning outcomes of students on the pretest and posttest scores with Gain calculation results of 0.55 with the category "Medium".
