- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kecurangan akademik dengan menggunakan konsep fraud diamond dan konformitas sebagai variabel moderasi,dan seberapa besar pengaruh dari faktor-faktor tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini data yang akan dianalisis adalah data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Responden yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Lampung yang berstatus aktif tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh faktor-faktor yang terkandung di dalam fraud diamond seperti tekanan, peluang, rasionalisasi, kemampuan individu dan semua variabel independen yang dipengaruhi oleh konformitas sebagai variabel moderasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kecurangan akademik. Kata Kunci : Kecurangan Akademik, Fraud Diamond, Konformitas This study attempts to get the proof of empirical factors influencing the academic cheating by using the concept of fraud diamond and conformity as a moderating variable, and how much influence these factors have. In this study the data to be analyzed are primary data, namely data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. Respondents who were the object of this study were the Accounting Department students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung, who were active in the 2017/2018 school year. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using the Partial Least Square approach. Based on the results of the study show that all the factors contained in fraud diamond such as pressure, opportunity, rationalization, individual abilities and all independent variables that are influenced by conformity as moderating variables positively influence academic fraud.
