- Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi profesional guru; (2) pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kompetensi profesional guru; (3) pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap kompetensi profesional guru; dan (4) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi dan budaya sekolah terhadap kompetensi profesional guru. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Ex Post Facto. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagai berikut (1) terdapatpengaruh positif dan signifikankepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi profesional guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh positifdan signifikanmotivasi berprestasi terhadap kompetensi profesional guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikanbudaya sekolah sekolah terhadap kompetensi profesional guru; (4) terdapat pengaruh positifdan signifikan0kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi dan budaya sekolah terhadap kompetensi profesional guru. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi, budaya sekolah, kompetensi profesional guru ABSTRACT This research study has the purpose of analyzing (1) the influence of principals' leadership on teacher professional competencies; (2) the effect of achievement motivation on teacher professional competence; (3) the influence of school culture on teacher professional competence; and (4) the influence of principals' leadership, achievement motivation and school culture on teacher professional competence. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with an ex post facto approach. The result is that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of principals' leadership on teacher professional competencies; (2) there is a positive and significanteffect of achievement motivation on teacher professional competence; (3) there is a positiveand significant effect of school school culture on teacher professional competence; (4) there is a positive and significantinfluence of principals' leadership, achievement motivation and school culture on teacher professional competence.
