- Badan Usaha Milik Desa yang selanjutnya disebut BUMDes merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan ekonomi di pedesaan. BUMDes merupakan lembaga usaha desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah desa dalam upaya memperkuat perekonomian desa dan dibentuk berdasarkan kebutuhan dan potensi desa. Tetapi sayangnya kedudukan BUMDes belum sepenuhnya diatur secara lengkap dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada. Permasalahan lain yang lebih kompleks adalah dalam hal Implikasi BUMDes dalam upaya meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe dan jenis penelitian normatif empiris . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kedudukan BUMDes Swadesa Artha Mandiri di desa wonmarto dan juga untuk mengetahui Implikasi yang diberikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Desa. Hasil penelitian meunjukkan bahwa walaupun masih baru, BUMDes Swadesa Artha Mandiri merupakan salah satu BUMDes yang pengelolaannya sudah baik di Kabupaten Lampung Utara sehingga menjadi rujukan desa lain untuk berkunjung. Proses pengelolaan BUMDes berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan dengan tujuan didirikannya BUMDes. Kata Kunci: BUMDes, Kedudukan , Implikas ABSTRACT Badan Usaha Milik Desa thereafter called BUMDes is an alternative to improve the rural economy. BUMDes is lembaga usaha desa (Village Business Institutions) that managed by the community and government of the village for the effort to strengthen the village‟s economy and it formed based on the needs and potential of the village. Unfortunately, however. The position of BUMDes had not been governed completely in existing legislation. Another more complex problem is in terms of the implications of village planning in an effort to improve the village economy. This study uses types and types of empirical normative research. This study aims to find out how the position of the BUMDes Swadesa Artha Mandiri in the wonomarto village an also knows the implications given to the income on the village original income. The results of the study indicate that event thougt it is still new, BUMDes Swadesa Artha Mandiri is one of the BUMDes whose management is already good in North Lampung Regency, so that it becomes another village reference for visits. The management Process of BUMDes is going well in accordance with the objectives of the establishment of BUMDes. Keyword : BUMDes, Position, Implication
