- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pendapatan dan nilai tambah agroindustri gula kelapa skala rumah tangga di Kecamatan Sidomulyo Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode survei dalam menentukan sampel. Responden adalah pemilik usaha agroindustri gula kelapa. Data dikumpulkan pada bulan Januari-Februari 2019 dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan atas biaya tunai sebesar Rp2.976.013,89 dan pendapatan atas biaya total sebesar Rp529.747,40 Agroindustri gula kelapa menguntungkan dengan R/C >1 yaitu R/C atas biaya tunai sebesar 3,66 dan R/C atas biaya total 1,15 dan layak diusahakan karena memiliki nilai tambah positif yaitu bahan baku Rp949,84/liter. Kata Kunci : agroindustri, gula kelapa, pendapatan, dan nilai tambah ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF INCOME AND ADDED VALUE OF HOUSEHOLD SCALE COCONUT SUGAR AGROINDUSTRY IN SIDOMULYO SUBISTRICT, SOUTH LAMPUNG REGENCY By Puji Arita Lestari The purpose of this research are to analyze the income and added value of household scale coconut sugar agroindustry in Sidomulyo Subdistrict of South Lampung Regency. The sample of this research is conducted by survey method. Therefore, respondents are the owners of coconut sugar agroindustry. The data was collected from January to February 2019, and analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. The results show that income on cash costs amounted to Rp2.976.013.89 and income for total costs amounted to Rp529.747,40. Coconut sugar agroindustry is profitable in which R/C>1; R/C for cash costs is 3,66 and R/C for total cost is 1,15. It was worth cultivating because it has positive added value, namely raw material Rp949,84/liter. Keywords: added value, agroindustry, coconut sugar, income
