  • ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya sekolah, dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Pesisir Tengah, Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 60 guru. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda melalui uji F dan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, (b) Budaya Sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, (c.) Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru, (d) kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya sekolah dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya sekolah, iklim organisasi, kinerja guru. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the transformational leadership, school culture, and organizational climate on the teacher’s performance of junior high school in West Pesisir District. This research was a quantitative study with associative approach. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with 60 teacher’s samples. The hypothesis were tested using simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis through the F test and t tes to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0,05). The results showed that: (a) the transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance, (b) school culture had a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance, (c) organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance, (d) transformational leadership, school culture, and organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance.
