- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengaruh laba akuntansi terhadap harga saham dengan diversifikasi usaha sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2012-2017 di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sampel penelitian sebesar 85 perusahaan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa laba akuntansi berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Selain itu, adanya diversifikasi usaha (variabel moderasi) akan dapat memperkuat hubungan laba akuntansi dengan harga saham, jika strategi diversifikasi yang dilakukan berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien maka seluruh proses aktivitas perusahaan akan berjalan dengan baik yang selanjutnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Laba Akuntansi, Return Saham, Diversifikasi Usaha. abstract This study aims to examine the effect of accounting earnings on stock prices with business diversification as a moderating variable. The study was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2017 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the study sample was 85 companies. The method of data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that accounting profit has a positive effect on stock prices. In addition, the existence of business diversification (moderating variable) will be able to strengthen the relationship of accounting profit with stock prices, if the diversification strategy carried out runs effectively and efficiently then the entire process of corporate activity will run well which can then improve the company's performance.
