- Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) adalah kegiatan kesehatan dasar yang dilakukan oleh, dari dan untuk masyarakat. Pelayanan kesehatan terpadu (yandu) adalah bentuk suatu keterpaduan pelayanan kesehatan yang dilaksanakan di suatu wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Tempat pelaksanaan pelayanan program terpadu di desa, balai kelurahan, RW dan sebagainya. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu di kecamatan Sukoharjo, laporan kegiatan Posyandu masih dalam bentuk laporan kertas dan data yang ada dalam Laporan Posyandu adalah hasil hitung manual dilakukan petugas. Dalam penulisan laporan secara manual dapat terjadi penghitungan data yang menyebabkan informasi kesehatan Balita pada daerah Sukoharjo menjadi tidak akurat. Hal tersebut yang melatar belakangi penulis mengembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis Posyandu Berbasis Web. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan framework pmapper untuk menampilkan laporan dalam bentuk peta. Data geografis disimpan dalam database sistem ii menggunakan PostgreSQL . Pada penelitian ini digunakan juga framework untuk mengolah laporan posyandu. Sistem Informasi Geografis Posyandu Web dapat mengelola Kartu Menuju Sehat balita, mengelola profil balita, profil orangtua balita. Integrated health services (yandu) is a form of an alignment health services implemented in a work-area clinic. The place of execution of the service of the integrated programme at village hall, RW etc. But in the execution Posyandu Sukoharjo in district of Sukoharjo. Posyandu activity report is still in form of paper and report data in the report is the result of manual count by Posyandu officer. In report writing, manually the data calculation errors can occur that causes a toddler health information at Sukoharjo areas become inaccurate. It the background behind the author to develop a geographic information system Web-based Posyandu. In this study the author uses pmapper framework to display the report in the form of a map. Geographic data stored in a database system using PostgreSQL. This research is uses the Laravel framework also to manage reports iv the posyandu. Geographic information system Web-based Posyandu can manage Children’s Health Report card, toddler managing profiles, profiles parents of toddlers.
