- This research is a study that aims to identify the factors which are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats along with to formulate strategies in developing the creative economy in Bandar Lampung City. This research focused on three sub-sectors, namely culinary, fashion and craft which dominates in Bandar Lampung City. Respondents in this study were 132 people, consisted of 32 people from experts, and 100 people from business actors. Based on the results of questionnaires, perceptions of the assessment of the main indicators obtained, then developed quantitatively through the calculation of SWOT Analysis. The alternative strategies produced for the development of the creative economy in Bandar Lampung City for the fashion sub-sector according to its priorities are improving the quality of labor, supporting designers, arranging distribution channels, encouraging creativity, training new innovations, learning fashion for high achieving students, IPR facilitation, products competition, commitment to tourism development, improving marketing, coaching, Information Technology (IT), promotion strategies, strengthening capital, and enhancing partnerships. For the culinary subsector, namely the promotion strategy, supporting tourism, increasing creativity, growing entrepreneurial spirit, using IT, training and internships, stimulating new businesses, increasing the culinary market, strengthening capital, learning from fellow cooks, facilitating funds, collaborating with travel agencies, utilizing wealth culinary heritage, training, coaching, and evaluating levies and taxes. Whereas for the craft subsector, namely local government support, utilizing the uniqueness and potential of natural resources, developing souvenirs, design innovation training, stimulating new ventures, using social media, exhibitions, seminars, facilitating the use of science and technology, marketing in the center, product use by the local government, government and private institutions, establishment of business institutions and facilitating working capital. Keywords: Creative Industry Development Strategy, SWOT. abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan studi yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktorfaktor yang merupakan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan hambatan serta merumuskan strategi dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini difokuskan kepada tiga subsektor, yaitu kuliner, fashion, dan kriya yang mendominasi di Kota Bandar Lampung. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 132 orang, 32 orang dari unsur pakar, dan 100 orang dari unsur pelaku usaha. Berdasarkan hasil penyebaran kuesioner didapatkan persepsi terhadap penilaian indikator-indikator utama, kemudian dikembangkan secara kuantitatif melalui perhitungan Analisis SWOT. Adapun alternatif strategi yang dihasilkan bagi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kota Bandar Lampung untuk sub sektor fashion sesuai prioritasnya yaitu peningkatan kualitas tenaga kerja, support kepada desainer, menata jalur distribusi, mendorong kreativitas, pelatihan inovasi baru, belajar fashion untuk siswa berprestasi, fasilitasi HKI, persaingan produk, komitmen pengembangan pariwisata, meningkatkan pemasaran, pembinaan, Teknologi Informasi(TI), strategi promosi, penguatan modal, dan meningkatkan kemitraan. Untuk subsektor kuliner yaitu strategi promosi, mendukung pariwisata, peningkatan kreativitas, pertumbuhan jiwa kewirausahaan, penggunaan TI, pelatihan dan magang, menstimulasi usaha baru, meningkatkan pasar kuliner, perkuatan modal, belajar dari sesama juru masak, memfasilitasi dana, kerjasama biro perjalanan, memanfaatkan kekayaan warisan kuliner, pelatihan, pembinaan, dan mengevaluasi retribusi dan pajak. Sedangkan untuk subsektor kriya yaitu dukungan Pemda, memanfaatkan keunikan dan potensi SDA, mengembangkan cendramata dan oleh-oleh, pelatihan inovasi desain, menstimulasi usaha baru, penggunaan medsos, pameran, seminar, memfasilitasi penggunaan IPTEK, pemasaran di pusat keramaian, penggunaan produk oleh Pemda, Institusi Pemerintah dan Swasta, pembentukan wadah usaha, memfasilitasi modal kerja. .
