  • Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Muaradua masih belum mampu memenuhi standar akreditasi yang ditetapkan oleh komite akreditasi rumah sakit pada pelayanan di bidang administrasi dan manjemen, keperawatan, pelayanan medik, rekam medis dan instalasi gawat darurat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses persiapan akreditasi dan bagaimana efektivitas akreditasi terhadap kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Muaradua Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam mengkaji penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan akreditasi rumah sakit belum bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik, yang dilihat dari empat standar akreditasi rumah sakit yaitu standar pelayanan berfokus pasien, standar manajemen rumah sakit, standar keselamatan pasien, serta program nasional/sustainable development goals di bidang kesehatan belum mampu diwujudkan oleh rumah sakit. Selain kepuasan pelanggan atau pasien rumah sakit secara keseluruhan masih relatif cukup rendah hal itu disebabkan oleh waktu pelayanan masih belum sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh kementrian kesehatan, sedangkan dari segi kecermatan dan gaya pemberi pelayanan pegawai sudah lebih tanggap dalam merespon keluhan pasien, informatif dan selalu menanyakan keadaan pasien lebih dalam. Berdasakan hasil penelitian tersebut maka rumah sakit hendaknya lebih mengoptimalkan monitoring dan supervisi, penambahan kegiatan pelatihan dan workshop serta penempatan jabatan disesuaikan dengan kompetensi, penambahan anggaran untuk kegiatan rumah sakit. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Akreditasi, Rumah Sakit ABSTRACT Muaradua Area General Hospital are still not able to meet accreditation standards set by the Committee on accreditation of hospitals at the Ministry in the field of administration and managing of, medical services, nursing, medical record and the installation of emergency. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the accreditation preparation process and how the effectiveness of the accreditation against the Public Hospital patient satisfaction Area Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Muaradua South of South Sumatra Province. Research methods used in the study the study was descriptive research with qualitative approach using data collection techniques interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the accreditation of the hospital has not been implemented properly, which seen from four hospitals accreditation standard i.e., patient-focused service standard, the standard of hospital management, safety standards patients, as well as national programs/sustainable development goals in the field of health hasn't been able to be realized by the hospital. In addition to customer satisfaction or hospital patients overall are still relatively low enough it is because the time service was still not in compliance with the standards established by the Ministry of health, while the incredible detail and style of the giver Ministry employees has been more responsive in responding to the complaints of the patient, informative and always asking the State of the patient. Upon the results of the study should further optimize hospital monitoring and supervision, increased training activities and workshops as well as the placement of office tailored to competence, increased the budget for the activities of the House sick.
