- Methylamine merupakan produk industri kimia yang terdiri dari monomethyl amine, dimethyl amine, dan trimethyl amine. Dimethyl amine merupakan produk utama pada pabrik ini, yang berfungsi untuk membuat solvent dimethylformamide dan dimethylasetatmida, fungisida, pestisida dan pembuatan nilon untuk meningkatkan kuat Tarik. Produksi dimethyl amine dapat dihasilkan dengan mereaksikan methanol dengan amoniak dengan konversi methanol 85,35 % dan memiliki selektifitas MMA:DMA:TMA = 56,19% : 36,29% : 11,12%. Kapasitas produksi pabrik direncanakan 30.000 ton/tahun dengan 330 hari kerja dalam 1 tahun. Lokasi pabrik didirikan di daerah Bontang, Kalimantan Timur, dekat dengan penyedia bahan baku methanol maupun amoniak. Pabrik dimethyl amine ini merupakan Perseroan Terbatas (PT) sehingga modal didapat dari penjualan saham dan pinjaman bank. PT ini dipimpin oleh Direktur Utama dibantu oleh Direktur Produksi dan Direktur keuangan. Jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh PT ini sebanyak 131 orang dengan struktur organisasi line and staff. PT ini memiliki unit proses dan unit utilitas yang terdiri dari penyedia air, hot oil, dan juga udara. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh : Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 1.998.847.800.698 Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 352.737.847.182 Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 2.351.585.647.880 Break Even Point (BEP) = 51,70% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 20,72% Pay Out Time after taxes (POT) = 1,16 tahun Return on Investment after taxes (ROI) = 46,67% Dengan mempertimbangan rangkuman diatas, selayaknya pendirian pabrik Dimethyl amine ini dikaji lebih lanjut untuk dibangun karna menguntungkan dan mempunyai prospek yang baik. REPARATION OF DIMETHYL AMINE FACTORY FROM AMMONIC AND METHANOL CAPACITY 30,000 TONS / YEAR (Special Reactor Preliminary Task (RE-201)) Methylamine is a chemical industry product consisting of monomethyl amine, dimethyl amine, and trimethyl amine. Dimethyl amine is the main product in this factory, which serves to make dimethylformamide and dimethylasetatmida, fungicides, pesticides and nylon manufacture to increase tensile strength. Production of dimethyl amine can be produced by reacting methanol with ammonia with 85.35% methanol conversion and MMA selectivity: DMA: TMA = 56.19%: 36.29%: 11.12%. The factory production capacity is planned to be 30,000 tons / year with 330 working days in one year. The factory location was established in the Bontang area, East Kalimantan, close to the providers of raw material for methanol and ammonia. This dimethyl amine factory is a Limited Liability Company (PT) so that capital is obtained from the sale of shares and bank loans. This PT is led by the President Director assisted by the Production Director and the Finance Director. The number of workers needed by this PT is 131 people with line and staff organizational structures. This PT has a process unit and utility unit consisting of water, hot oil and air providers.
