- Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi pedagogik dengan kemampuan pengelolaan kelas. metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, quisioner, dan dokumentasi. hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis product moment pearson dan mendapatkan hasil adanya hubungan yang erat antara kompetensi pedagogik dengan kemampuan pengelolaan kelas dengan nilai signifikansi variabel kompetensi pedagogik sebesar 0,04 dan nilai koefisiensi sebesar 0,399 dengan arah positif. Kata Kunci: pendidikan anak usia dini, kemampuan pengelolaan kelas, kompetensi pedagogik. abstract The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of pedagogic competencies with classroom management abilities. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling as many as 50 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, quisioner, and documentation. the results of this study using Pearson product moment analysis, and get the results of the existence of a close relationship between pedagogical competencies with classroom management with the significance value of the pedagogical competency variable of 0.04 and the coefficient of 0.399 with a positive directio.
