- Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi pertimbangan mahasiswa Universitas Lampung dalam memilih rumah indekos. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner yang merupakan data persepsi mahasiswa dalam memilih rumah indekos. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode Non-Probability Sampling dengan jenis Convenience Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan mahasiswa dalam pemilihan rumah indekos di kelurahan Kampung Baru dan Gedung Meneng Bandar Lampung adalah : variabel kenyamanan, referensi, harga sewa, keunggulan lokasi dan kelengkapan fasilitas Kata kunci : Deskriptif Kuantitatif, Pertimbangan Pemilihan Rumah Indekos, Rumah Indekos ABSTRACT Purpose of this study is to find out what factors are considered of Lampung University students by choosing boarding houses. The data used are primary data, obtained from the results of questionnaires which are data on students' perceptions by choosing boarding houses. The sampling technique used was the Non-Probability Sampling method with the type of Convenience Sampling. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Results of this study conclude that factors are considered students to selection of boarding houses in Kampung Baru and Gedung Meneng Bandar Lampung are : variable with average, reference, rental price, location excellence and facilities completeness Keywords : Boarding Houses, Consideration for Selection of Boarding Houses Quantitative Descriptive
