Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh langsung dari badan pusat statistik Kabupaten Tanggamus dan Dinas perikanan dan kelautan kabupaten Tanggamus dengan jumlah cross-section sebanyak 20 kecamatan selama periode 2012 &#x2013; 2016 dan menggunakan alat analisis Indeks Hoover Balassa dan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dengan menggunakan Arcgis. Model data panel menggunakan model Fixed Effect Model. Hasi indeks Hoover Ballassa menunjukan tingkat agglomerasi yang kuat hanya di 6 kecamatan di kabupaten Tanggamus. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan aglomerasi secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh variabel produksi perikanan (X1), rumah tangga perikanan (X2) dan tenaga kerja perikanan (X3) di Kabupaten Tanggamus.&#xD; &#xD; Kata Kunci : Aglomerasi, indeks hoover ballasa, industri perikanan.&#xD; &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; ABSTRACT&#xD; &#xD; The purpose of this research was to determine if there is agglomeration in Tanggamus Regency and the effect of fisheries production, Fisheries Households, and fisheries workers on fisheries-based industrial agglomerations in Tanggamus Regency. This research used secondary data obtained directly from the statistical center agency Tanggamus Regency and the Department of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs, Tanggamus with 20 sub-districts cross-sections during the period 2012-2016 and using analytical tools Hoover Balassa index and Geographic Information System (GIS) using Arcgis. Using the Fixed Effect model panel data. The Hoover Ballassa index shows a strong agglomeration rate in only 6 sub-districts in Tanggamus regency.
