Austasia Stockfeed dan juga melihat upaya yang di lakukan pihak kepolisian dalam menangani konflik tersebut, kemudian peneliti menganilis konflik lahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jumlah infroman sebanyak 8 orang yang dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara mendalam.&#xD; Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan polisi sebagai mediator konflik lahan yaitu upaya penanganan sebelum terjadinya konflik, upaya penanganan ketika terjadinya konflik dan upaya penanganan pasca konflik. Adapun respon masyarakat terhadap peran polisi sebagai mediator konflik lahan yaitu respon masyarakat terhadap tahap persiapan, introduksi, presentasi, pemecahan masalah, kesepakatan dan tahap keberlanjutan kesepakatan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti tentang respon masyarakat terhadap peran polisi sebagai mediator konflik lahan terdapat respon yang positif dan negatif, masyarakat menilai pihak kepolisian sebagai mediator melalui ke 6 (enam) tahapan mediasi yang telah di lakukan. Sedangkan dalam analisis konflik lahan di Desa Negara Batin terdapat aktor-aktor konflik lahan yaitu aktor utama 23 warga desa dengan PT. Austasia Stockfeed, adapun aktor lain yang mempunyai hubungan dengan aktor utama adalah Kepala Desa, Pemkab Lampung Timur, Polres Lampung Timur, BPN dan Balai Besar Sungai Mesuji Sekampung.&#xD; &#xD; Kata Kunci : respon, masyarakat, analisis konflik lahan, PT. Austasia STOCKFEED&#xD; Studies at the Negara Batin District Jabung East Lampung district&#xD; &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; This study aims to determine the public response to the police's role as mediator land conflicts between citizens and PT. Austasia Stockfeed and also see the efforts undertaken by the police in dealing with the conflict, then the researcher menganilis the land conflict. This study uses qualitative research methods to number as many as 8 people infroman done by in-depth interviews.&#xD; These results indicate that efforts by the police to mediate land disputes that the handling before the conflict, efforts to address when conflict and post-conflict management efforts. The public response to the police's role as mediator land conflict is the public response to the preparation, introduction, presentation, problem solving, agreements and agreements sustainability phase. From the results of research conducted by investigators about the public response to the police's role as mediator land conflicts are the positive and negative responses, the citizens consider the police as a mediator through to 6 (six) phases of mediation that has been done. Meanwhile, in the analysis of land conflicts in the Negara Batin there are actors in land conflicts are the main actors 23 villagers with PT. Austasia Stockfeed, as for the other actors who have a relationship with the main actor is the Kepala Desa, Pemkab Lampung Timur, Polres Lampung Timur, BPN and Balai Besar Sungai Mesuji Sekampung.&#xD; &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; Keywords: response, community, land conflict analysis, PT.
