Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Lampung is a food institution in Indonesia that
handles rice trading. The business scope of the company includes logistics
business, survey and eradication of pests, provision of plastic sacks,
transportation businesses, trade in food commodities and retail businesses. Perum
Bulog Divisi Regional Lampung Logistics Agency has an obligation to take
responsibility for the implementation of its duties to the State Logistics Agency
(Perum) of Bulog which is located in the center.
The problems experienced by the company, namely the realization that has been
done is still often less than the target that has been set, thus leading to the
performance of employees who do not achieve the expected results. The purpose
of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational
commitment on employee performance. The method of data collection in this study
is using a questionnaire. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and
significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a
positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestion for Perum
Bulog Divisi Regional Lampung is always pay attention and respect the level of
effort made by employees so that work can produce optimal performance.

Perum Bulog Divisi Regional Lampung merupakan lembaga pangan di Indonesia
yang mengurusi tata niaga beras. Ruang lingkup bisnis perusahaan meliputi usaha
logistik, survei dan pemberantasan hama, penyediaan karung plastik, usaha
angkutan, perdagangan komoditi pangan dan usaha eceran. Perum Bulog Divisi
Regional Lampung mempunyai kewajiban untuk mempertanggung jawabkan
pelaksanaan tugas yang dimilikinya kepada Perum Bulog yang berkedudukan di
pusat.
Permasalahan yang dialami oleh perusahaan yaitu realisasi yang sudah dikerjakan
masih sering kurang dari pada target yang sudah ditetapkan, sehingga berujung
pada kinerja karyawan yang tidak mencapai hasil yang diharapkan. Tujuan
penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi
terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu
menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier
berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif
dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran bagi pihak Perum Bulog Divisi
Regional Lampung adalah agar selalu memperhatikan dan menghargai sertiap
upaya yang di lakukan oleh karyawan sehingga dalam bekerja dapat menghasilkan
kinerja yang optimal.
