Bandar Lampung dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian
deskriptif ini menggunakan informan sebagai subjek penelitian yaitu pemilik
Klinik Kecantikan Aeesha Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan
dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Business Model Canvas pada Klinik
Kecantikan Aeesha dapat digunakan dengan baik. Di dalam penelitian ini juga
menunjukkan omzet yang diperoleh, laba yang dihasilkan, dan total aset yang
dimiliki oleh Klinik Kecantikan Aeesha Bandar Lampung. Sehingga peneliti
menilai bahwasannya bisnis yang dijalankan oleh Klinik Kecantikan Aeesha
Bandar Lampung layak untuk terus dilanjutkan.

abstract

The purpose of study is to find out the advisability of Beauty Clinic of Aeesha
Bandar Lampung with using Business Model Canvas. This result is a descriptive
study with qualitative approachment. The type of descriptive study used informant
as subject of the research that is Beauty Clinic of Aeesha Bandar Lampung. Data
collection techniques that used on this study are observation, interview, and
documentationn.
The result show that in the business of Beauty Clinic of Aeessha, Business Model
Canvas could be used very well. In this research show the revenue are able to
obtained, profit are able to gained, and total assets which are owned by Beauty
Clinik of Aeesha Bandar Lampung. And researcher appreciate the business that
run by Beauty Clinik of Aeesha Bandar Lampung is advisable to continue.
