- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peralatan, bahan baku dan tenaga kerja terhadap produksi roti coklat industri roti rumahan di Kota Bandar Lampung. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder sebagai data pendukung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara langsung dengan pemilik industri roti rumahan. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 22 industri roti rumahan di Kota Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian (1) variabel peralatan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produksi roti coklat (2) variabel bahan baku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi roti coklat (3) variabel tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi roti coklat. Kata Kunci : Bahan Baku, Peralatan, Produksi, Tenaga Kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of equipment, raw materials and labor on the production of chocolate bread in the home bread industry in the city of Lampung. The data used are primary data and secondary data as supporting data. This research was conducted with direct interview techniques with industry owners. The population in this study is 22 home-based bread industries in Bandar Lampung City. Results of the purpose (1) the equipment variable has a positive and not significant effect on chocolate bread production (2) the raw material variable has a positive and significant effect on chocolate bread production (3) the labor variable has a positive and significant effect on the production of chocolate bread.
