- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan usahatani ubi kayu dan mengetahui biaya pokok produksi usahataninya . Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 40 responden petani ubi kayu yang dipilih secara acak di dua desa, yaitu Desa Mataram Udik dan Desa Mataram Jaya di Kecamatan Bandar Mataram, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Data diolah dengan analisis keuangan usahatani. Rata-rata produksi usahatani ubi kayu sebesar 24,94 ton/ha dengan pendapatan rata-rata per hektar di atas biaya tunai sebesar Rp12.854.874 dan di atas biaya total sebesar Rp5.716.769. Biaya pokok produksinya adalah sebesar Rp547/kg ubi kayu, dengan selang kepercayaan 95% antara Rp420/kg dan Rp863/kg ubi kayu. Kata kunci: pendapatan, biaya pokok produksi, selang kepercayaan, ubi kayu PROFIT AND PRODUCTION COST ANALYSIS OF CASSAVA FARMING AT BANDAR MATARAM DISTRICT CENTER OF LAMPUNG The objectives of this study are to know the net revenue and to know the standard cost of cassava. This study was conducted on 40 farmes of cassava in Mataram Udik and Mataram Jaya Villages, Bandar Mataram District, Lampung Tengah County. The data were processed by using the financial farm analysis. The average of cassava production is 24,94 ton/ha with the average of net revenue above its cash cost was Rp12.854.874 and the net revenue above its total cost was Rp5.716.769. The standard cost of its production is Rp547/kg cassava with its confidence interval 95% between Rp420/kg and Rp863/kg cassava. Kata kunci: profit, production cost,confidence interval, cassava
