merupakan minuman yang tampak bergelembung akibat dari injeksi gas
karbondioksida ke dalam minuman tersebut. Iritasi secara langsung dari keasaman
dan kandungan gas karbondioksida yang terdapat dalam minuman ringan
berkabonasi dapat mengakibatkan perubahan epitel pada tikus karena epitel pada
esofagus bersifat alkali dan tidak tahan asam.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian minuman ringan berkabonasi
terhadap gambaran histopatologi esofagus tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan
galur Sprague dawley. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan
desain post test only control group menggunakan 24 ekor tikus dibagi 4 kelompok
secara acak diberi perlakuan selama 30 hari. Kelompok K (Kontrol), P1 (diberi 3
ml/hari), P2 (diberi 6 ml/hari) dan P3(diberi 12 ml/hari). Pada akhir penelitian
tikus dilakukan terminasi dan diambil esofagusnya untuk pembuatan preparat
histologi dengan pewarnaan hematoksilin eosin.
Hasil: Hasil rerata kerusakan histopatologi esofagus pada kelompok K: 0.1, P1:
0.67, P2: 0.83 dan P3: 1.03. Dengan hasil p pada analisis Kruskal-Wallis adalah
0,001 (p<0,05). Pada penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna (p<0,05) pada
kelompok K-P1 (p=0,003), K-P2 (p=0,003), K-P3 (p=0,003), P1-P3 (p=0,007)
dan P2-P3 (p=0,051).
Simpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pemberian minuman ringan berkabonasi terhadap
gambaran histopatologi esofagus tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) jantan galur
Sparague dawley.

abstract

Background: A carbonated soft drink is a drink that appears bubbling as a result
of injection of carbon dioxide into the drink. Direct irritation of acidity and carbon
dioxide gas content in a carbonated soft drink can cause epithelial changes in rats
because the epithelium in the esophagus is alkaline and does not resist acid.
Objective: The aim this research is to determine the effect of carbonated soft
drinks consumption on esophagus histopathology changes of male Sprague
dawley white rats (Rattus norvegicus).
Methods: This research is an experimental research with post test only control
group design using 24 rats were divided randomly into 4 groups and treated for 30
days. K as control group, P1 (given 3 ml/day), P2 (given 6 ml/day) and P3 (given
12 ml/day). At the end of the study rats were terminated and their esophagus was
taken for histological preparations with hematoxylin eosin straining.
Result: The mean results of esophageal histopathology damage in group K: 0.1,
P1: 0.67, P2: 0.83 and P3: 1.03. p result in Kruskal-Wallis test is 0,001 (p<0.05).
The results showed significant differences (p<0.05) in groups K-P1 (p=0,003), KP2
(p=0,003), K-P3 (p=0,003), P1-P3 (p=0,007) and P2-P3 (p=0,051).
Conclusion: There is an effect of carbonated soft drinks consumption on
esophagus histopathology changes of male Sprague dawley white rats (Rattus
norvegicus)
