- Penelitian ini menghadirkan Implementasi Metode Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) pada persoalan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan rumah tinggal. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web untuk membantu penjualan rumah tinggal untuk konsumen yang ada di Bandar Lampung. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 50 data rumah. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dibangun dengan mengimplementasikan metode SAW sehingga dapat membantu pengguna dalam mengambil keputusan dengan cepat dan tepat. Metode SAW menerapkan sistem perangkingan dengan skala 0-1, hasil perangkingan dari setiap alternatif yang mendekati 1 atau nilainya 1 adalah alternatif terbaik. Sebelum dilakukan proses perengkingan untuk mendapatkan alternatif terbaik, terlebih dahulu mencari nilai setiap alternatif dan dilakukan normalisasi. Nilai-nlai setiap alternatif tersebut diperoleh dari pemenuhan setiap kriteria yang diurutkan dari nilai alternatif yang tertinggi. Dalam penentuan kriteria yang digunakan dalam metode SAW ada 5 kriteria yaitu harga, luas bangunan, luas tanah, jarak, fasilitas. Setiap kriteria memiliki persentase nilai yang bisa diubah oleh konsumen. Untuk melihat efektivitas dari sistem yang telah dibangun, dilakukan dengan tahap pengujian yaitu internal. Dari hasil pengujian internal disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat bekerja sesuai fungsi pada web. Dalam penelitian ini metode SAW dianggap efektif karena dari 5 sample rumah yang diuji menggunakan metode SAW rumah yang memiliki nilai alternatif terbaik adalah 0,854. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Simple Additive Weighting, Rumah, Web, Bandar Laampung abstract This research presents the Implementation of Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method on the issue of decision support systems in selecting residential houses. The research is to develop a web-based decision support system to help selling residential homes to consumers in Bandar Lampung. The data used in this study consisted of 50 home datas. This decision support system was built by implementing the SAW method so that it can help users make decisions quickly and precisely. The SAW method applies a ranking system with a scale of 0-1, the ranking results of each alternative that approaches 1 or its value is 1 is the best alternative. Before doing the ranking process to get the best alternative, search for the value of each alternative then normalize it. The value of each alternative is obtained from fulfilling each criteria sorted from the highest alternative value. In determining the criteria used in the SAW method there are 5 criteria, price, building area, land area, distance, facilities. Each criteria has a percentage of value that can be changed by consumers. To see the effectiveness of the system that has been build, we did internal testing phase. From the results of internal testing concluded that the system can work according to the functions on the web. In this study the SAW method was considered effective because of the 5 home samples tested using the SAW method, the house that had the best alternative value was 0.854.
