- Masalah dalam penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Way Kanan yang belum baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi pengawas pendidikan, dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Way Kanan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan ex post factodengan populasi penelitian adalah guru pada SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Way Kanan. Alat pengumpul data mengunakan kuesioner dan analisi data mengunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi pengawas pendidikan dan budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Way Kanan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hal ini bermakna jika kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi pengawas pendidikan dan budaya sekolah meningkat, maka kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Way Kanan juga akan meningkat. Kata Kunci :budaya sekolah, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi, kinerja guru ABSTRACT The problem in this study was motivated by the performance of teachers of State Vocational Schools in the Way Kanan District who were not yet good and effective. This study aims to analyze and find out the significant positive influence of principals' leadership, supervision of education supervisors, and school culture on the performance of teachers of Public Vocational Schools in Way Kanan District. This study uses ex post fact with the study population are teachers at State Vocational Schools in the Way Kanan District. The data collection tool uses questionnaires and data analysis using regression. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the principal, supervision of the supervisor of education and school culture has a significant positive effect on the performance of teachers of public vocational schools in the Way Kanan Regency both partially and simultaneously. This is meaningful if the leadership of the principal, supervision of the supervisor of education and school culture increases, the performance of the teachers of Public Vocational Schools in Way Kanan Regency will also increase.
