  • Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengembangkan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik yang layak dan untuk mengetahui produk berbasis model inkuiri terbimbing terintegrasi karakter efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengacu pada langkah yang dikembangkan oleh Borg & Gall. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, angket, lembar observasi, dan tes. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri gugus 1 Metro Kibang yang berjumlah 215 peserta didik. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 55 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Lembar Kegiatan Pesrta Didik berdasarkan validasi ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan guru mendapat penilaian katagori sangat baik, sehingga Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran, serta efektif dilihat dari adanya peningkatan hasil belajar pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan di kelas eksperiment lebih tinggi dari pada kelas kontrol. DEVELOPMENT OF LKPD BASED ON INTEGRATED GUIDED INQUIRY MODEL CHARACTERS TO INCREASE CLASS IV STUDENT LEARNING RESULTS PRIMARY SCHOOL The purpose of this research and development is to develop a decent Student Activity Sheet and to find out the integrated character-guided inquiry model-based products effectively improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students. This research and development refers to the steps developed by Borg & Gall. Data collection uses interview guides, questionnaires, observation sheets, and tests. The study population was fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 cluster Metro Kibang which amounted to 215 students. The sample was determined by a purposive sampling technique of 55 students. The results of the study show that the Academic Student Activity Sheet based on the validation of material experts, media experts, linguists, and teachers received a very good category assessment, so that the Student Activity Sheet developed is suitable for use in learning, and effectively seen from the increase in learning outcomes, attitudes , and the skills in the experimental class were higher than the control class.
