- Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV SDN 2 Ambarawa Barat pada tema 9 sub tema 4. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar tema 9 sub tema 4 dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Inkuiri. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus dengan tahapan setiap siklus yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Alat pengumpulan data penelitian berupa lembar observasi dan soal tes.Teknis analisis data berupa analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar pada siklus I aktivitas belajar pesrta didik diperoleh nilai rata-rata 70,42 dengan persentase ketuntasan 62,5% dengan katagori baik dan pada siklus II menjadi 84,64 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 87,5%. Hasil belajar Pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 71,31 dengan persentase ketuntasan 68,75% dengan katagori baik dan pada siklus II menjadi 83,59 dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 90,63% dengan katagori sangat baik. IMPROVING ACTIVITIES AND LEARNING OUTCOMES USING THE INQUIRY MODEL IN PARTICIPANTS EDUCATION IN CLASS IV SD NEGERI 2 AMBARAWA BARAT The problem in this study was the low activity and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 2 Ambarawa Barat on the theme of 9 sub-themes 4. The purpose of the study was to improve the learning activities and themes of the 9 sub-themes 4 by applying Inquiry learning models. This type of research is classroom action research which consists of two cycles with the stages of each cycle, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research data collection tools in the form of observation sheets and test questions. Technique of data analysis in the form of qualitative analysis. The results showed that the application of the Inquiry learning model can increase learning activities in the first cycle of learning activities of the students obtained an average value of 70.42 with a percentage of completeness of 62.5% with good categories and in the second cycle to be 84.64 with a percentage of completeness of 87 , 5%. Learning outcomes In the first cycle obtained an average value of 71.31 with a percentage of completeness of 68.75% with a good category and in the second cycle became 83.59 with a percentage of completeness of 90.63% with a very good category.
