- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan PKL di Pasar Bawah Kota Bandar Lampung. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah modal, jam kerja, lama usaha, dan lokasi. Sumber penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan metode regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan estimasi Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan variable modal dan jam kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan PKL di Kota Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan variabel lama usaha dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan PKL di Pasar Bawah Kota Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Jam Kerja, Lama Usaha, Lokasi, Modal, Pendapatan PKL. ABSTRACT This study aims to to analyze factors affecting income street vendors in the market underneath the city lampung.Independent variabel in this research was capital, working hours, long business, and location.A source of research used was the data primary.The analysis used in this research using analysis qualitative and methods linear regression multiple by using estimation ordinary least square ( OLS ) . The result of analysis shows capital variabel and working hours have had a positive impact and significant against revenue street vendors in the city Bandar Lampung. While long business variabel and the location of have had a positive impact and insignificant against revenue street vendors in the market underneath the city Bandar Lampung.
