  • Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi mineral mikro organik terhadap kecernaan serat kasar dan protein kasar kambing Peranakan Etawa (PE) Jantan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Maret--Juli 2018 di Kandang Kambing Jurusan Peternakan dan analisis proksimat di Laboratorium Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 kelompok perlakuan dan 3 ekor kambing sebagai ulangan dengan pengelompokan berdasarkan bobot tubuh. Bobot rata-rata kambing yang digunakan yaitu14,2--38 Kg/ekor. Perlakuan yang diberikan meliputi R0:Ransum Basal; R1: Ransum Basal + 40 ppm minera organik Zn-lisinat; R2: Ransum Basal + 10 ppm minera organik Cu-lisinat; R3: Ransum Basal + 0,1 ppm minera organik Se-lisinat; R4: Ransum Basal + 0,30 ppm minera organik Cr-lisinat. Data dianalisis dengan analisis of varian dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi mineral mikro organik tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kecernaan protein kasar (KcPK), sedangkan terhadap kecernaan serat kasar (KcSK) memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P<0,05). Nilai kecernaan serat kasar berpengaruh nyata pada suplementasi mineral mikro organik Zn-lisinat 40 ppm (45,66%) dan Cr-lisinat 0,3 ppm (45,62%). ABSTRACT The objective this research to determine the effect of organic micro mineral suplementation on crude proteinand crude fiber male Etawa Crossbreed goats digestibility. The research held on March--July 2018 at the Cage of Livestock Departements and proximate analysis were conducted at the Nutrition and Feed Laboratory, Livestock Departements, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The design used was Rendomized Block Design (RBD) with 5 treatments and 3 repetitions by grouping based on body weight. The average of body weight is 14,2--38 kg/head. The treatment implemented in this research was R0: Basal Ration; R1: Basal Ration+ 40 ppm Mineral Organik Zn-lysinate; R2: Basal Ration+ 10 ppm Mineral Organik Cu-lysinate; R3: Basal Ration+ 0,1 ppm Mineral Organic Se-lysinate; R4: Basal Ration+ 0,30 ppm Mineral Organic Crlysinate. Data were analyzed by Analysis of Varians 5% and continued with Least Significant Difference test (LSD). The result showed organic micro mineral suplementation not significant (P>0,05) on crude protein digestibility, while the significant effect (P<0,05) on crude fiber digestibility. The significant effect on crude fiber digestibility of Zn-lysinate 40 ppm suplementation (45,66%) and Crlysinate 0,3 ppm (45,62%).
