- Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan produk berupa bahan ajar LKPD menulis cerpen berbasis model CTL dan kelayakan bahan ajar LKPD menulis cerpen berbasis model CTL untuk peserta didik kelas IX SMP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk menghasilkan produk bahan ajar LKPD menulis cerpen berbasis model CTLuntuk peserta didik Kelas IX SMP, serta mendeskripsikan kelayakan bahan ajar LKPD Menulis Cerpen berbasis Model CTL untuk peserta didik Kelas IX SMP yang dikembangkan berdasarkan ahli media, ahli materi, ahli praktisi, guru dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R & D). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran angket pada tiga sekolah di Kota Bandar Lampung yang meliputi SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung, SMPN 19 Bandar Lampung, dan SMPN 22 Bandar Lampung pada tahun 2018/2019. Validasi rancangan produk dilakukan oleh ahli/pakar yang relavan dan penilaian teman sejawat, kemudian diujicobakan kepada peserta didik SMP tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan LKPD menulis cerpen berbasis model CTL pada penelitian ini layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis cerpendi SMP. Uji coba produk pada kelas kecil dilakukan sebagai bentuk evaluasi awal sebelum diujicobakan di kelas besar dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 83,62 kategori layak diujicobakan. Uji kelas besar dilakukan sebagai bentuk evaluasi rancangan produk LKPD dengan perolehan nilai sebesar 85,38 dengan kategori layak. Uji kelayakan LKPD oleh ahli, praktisi, dan guru Bahasa Indonesia pada kelas IX di tiga SMPN yang berada Kota Bandar Lampung didapat nilai rata-rata dengan kategori layak. Berdasarkan angket uji kelayakan yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD menulis cerpen berbasis model CTL layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk peserta didik kelas IX SMP/Mts semester ganjil. Kata Kunci: LKPD, Menulis Cerpen, dan Model CTL THE DEVELOPMENT OF LKPD SHORT STORIES WRITING BASED ON CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) FOR IX GRADE STUDENTS The problem in this study is the development of products in the form of teaching materials LKPD short stories writing based on the CTL model and the feasibility of teaching materials LKPD short stories writing based on CTL models for the IX grade students of junior high school. The purpose of this study is to produce teaching material products that is LKPD short stories based on CTL models for the IX grade students of junior high school, and describe the feasibility of teaching LKPD short stories writing based on CTL models for junior high school students developed based on media experts, material experts, practitioners experts, teachers and students. This research study uses and development methods or Research and Development (R & D). This research was conducted through observation, interviews, and questionnaires at three schools in Bandar Lampung which included Bandar Lampung Junior High School 2, Bandar Lampung Middle School 19, and Bandar Lampung 22 and Middle School in the academic year of 2018/2019. Validation of product design is carried out by experts who are voluntary and peer assessments, then tested to those junior high school students. The results showed that the development of LKPD short stories writing based on the CTL model in this study is worthy of being used in composing short stories for junior high school level. Product trials in small classes were conducted as a form of initial evaluation before being tested in large classes with a score of 83.62 worthy of being tested. The large class test was carried out as an evaluation of the design of LKPD products with the acquisition of 85.38 with a feasible category. The feasibility test of the LKPD by experts, practitioners, and Indonesia language teachers in the IX grade of three junior high schools located in Bandar Lampung obtained an average value with a decent category. Based on the feasibility test questionnaire that has been done, it can be concluded that the LKPD short stories writing based on the CTL model is worthy of being used as teaching material for the IX grade students of junior high school.
