  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SD Negeri 02 Banjit, dengan fokus penelitian (1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai pendidik (Educator), (2) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai Pemimpin (Manager), (3) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai Administrator dan, (4) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sebagai penyela (supervisor). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan pendidik, Teknik analisa data yaitu Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Proses penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: Perubahan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dimulai dari kepala sekolah sebagai pendidik (Educator) yang menjalankan perencanaan program pembelajaran, lalu didukung dengan adanya kegiatan pembelajaran, lalu kepala sekolah sebagai Administrator mempunyai program pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa dan administrasi kurikulum. Budaya Sekolah yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai Supervisor meliputi budaya akademik atau non akademik kemudian budaya tindakan/perilaku. Kepemimpinan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah melalui suatu proses. Sources of research data are principals and teachers in SD Negeri 02 Banjit. Data analysis techniques are data collection; Data reduction; Presentation of data; The process of drawing conclusions. Result of research: Change management conducted by principal, then supported by existence of teaching and learning activities that lead, through program of learning activity and then downgrading evaluation result of student learning result and curriculum administration.
