- Makalah ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh etos kerja guru terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan etos kerja guru terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, Peneliti menggunakan metode cluster sampling serta kuesioner tertutup. Temuan kami menunjukan bahwa dari 6 SMA Negeri Kabupaten Tulang Bawang dengan 123 guru sebagai sample didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah dan etos kerja guru terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di SMA Negeri kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Kata kunci: supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, iklim sekolah, etos kerja guru The influence of the academic supervision of the principal, the School Climate and the work ethic of teachers On the effectiveness of Learning in SMA Negeri Tulang Bawang Regency This paper examines the influence of teachers ' work ethic about against the effectiveness of learning in SMA Negeri Tulang Bawang Regency, this research is to analyze and describe the influence of the academic supervision of the principal, the school climate and ethos teacher's work against the effectiveness of learning in SMA Negeri Tulang Bawang Regency, cluster sampling method using Researchers as well as the closed questionnaire. Our findings indicate that from 6 SMA Negeri Tulang Bawang Regency with 123 teachers as sample is obtained that there is a significant and positive influence on the academic supervision of the principal, the school climate and the work ethic of teachers towards the effectiveness of the learning in SMA Negeri Tulang Bawang Regency Keywords: principal academic supervision, school climate, teacher work ethic
