- Penerbitan izin usaha industri kecil masih kurang dipahami oleh masyarakat kegunaan izin ini dapat meningkatkan tumbuhnya iklim usaha industri kecil, masalah penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimanakah penerbitan izin usaha industri meubel jati pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kota Bandar Lampung? (2) Apakah faktor penghambat dalam penerbitan izin usaha industri meubel jati pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kota Bandar Lampung? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan secara normatif-empiris. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data dianalisis secara deskritif kualitatif untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Penerbitan izin usaha industri kecil memiliki sistem mekanisme dan prosedur mudah dan sederhana (tidak berbelit-belit), jangka waktu penyelesaian cepat, tidak dipungut biaya, persyaratan lebih sederhana, dan komponen pendukung lainnya cukup baik. (2) Faktor penghambat masih rendahnya para penguasa yang memiliki izin usaha industri kecil disebabkan sosialisasi pemerintah tentang prosedur, persyaratan, dan komponen lainnya, khususnya izin usaha industri kecil kurang optimal; masih kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat untuk melakukan kelengkapan persyaratan perizinan; dan sumber daya manusia masih kurang secara kuantitas maupun kualitas. Kata kunci : Penerbitan izin dan usaha industri THE ISSUANCE OF BUSINESS LINCESE OFFICE FURNITURE TEAK INDUSTRY CAPITAL INVESTMENT AND INTEGRATED SERVICE OF ONE DOOR OF THE CITY OF BANDAR LAMPUNG The issuance of business license small industries still less understood by the community and the usefulness of this permission can increase the growth of small industrial business climate. This research is problem (1) how the issuance of business license office teak furniture industry capital investment and service of integrated single door (PTSP) the city of Bandar Lampung? (2) is an inhibitor of factor in the issuance of business license office teak fueniture industry investing and PTSP city Bandar Lampung? The research method used was the normative-empirical approach. Data source using primary and secondary data. The data analyzed in qualitative descriptive to get a concclusion. The results of these studies concluded that (1) the issuance of business license small industries had a system of mechanisms and procedures easy and simple (not complicated), a period of rapid settlement, free of charge, more modest requirements, and other supporting components. (2) The factors restricting still lack entrepreneurs who have business license small industry due to Government’s socialization about the procedure, requirements, and other components specifically permits small businesses less than optimal; still a lack of understanding of the people to do the licensing requirements for completeness and human resources is still lacking in quantity as well as quality.
