  • Pabrik Amonium Klorida (NH4Cl) berbahan baku Amoniak (NH3) dan Asam Klorida (HCl) direncanakan didirikan di Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Pendiriaan pabrik berdasarkan atas pertimbangan ketersediaan bahan baku, sarana transportasi yang memadai, tenaga kerja yang mudah didapatkan dan kondisi lingkungan. Pabrik direncanakan memproduksi Amonium Klorida sebanyak 30.000 ton/tahun, dengan waktu operasi 24 jam/hari, 330 hari/tahun. Bahan baku yang digunakan adalah Amoniak sebanyak 1.222,05 Kg/jam dan Asam Klorida sebanyak 7.791,92 Kg/jam. Penyediaan kebutuhan utilitas pabrik terdiri dari unit pengadaan air, pengadaan steam, pengadaan listrik, pengadaan udara instrument, dan pengadaan refrigerant. Bentuk perusahaan adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) menggunakan struktur organisasi line dan staff dengan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 144 orang. Dari analisis ekonomi diperoleh: Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 247.823.012.657,- Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 43.733.472.822,- Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 291.556.485.479,- Break Even Point (BEP) = 44,77% Shut Down Point (SDP) = 20,53% Pay Out Time before taxes Pay Out Time after taxes Return on Investment before taxes (POT)b (POT)a (ROI)b = = = 1,89 tahun 2,26 tahun 28,39% Return on Investment after taxes (ROI)a = 22,71% Discounted cash flow (DCF) = 36,26% Mempertimbangkan paparan di atas, sudah selayaknya pendirian pabrik Amonium Klorida ini dikaji lebih lanjut, karena merupakan pabrik yang menguntungkan dari sisi ekonomi dan mempunyai prospek yang relatif cukup baik. MANUFACTURING OF AMMONIUM CHLORIDE (NH4Cl) FROM AMMONIA (NH3) AND HYDROGEN CHLORIDE (HCl) CAPACITY 30.000 TONS/YEAR (Rotary Dryer Design (RD-301)) Ammonium Chloride plant use raw materials Ammonia (NH3) and Hydrogen Chloride (HCl). The location of plant is planned in Banyuasin, South Sumatera. Establishment of this plant is based on some consideration due to the raw material resourcess, the transportation, the labors availability and also the environmental condition. Capacity of the plant is planned to production Ammoinum Chloride is 30.000 tons/year with operation time 24 hour/day, 330 hour/year. Raw materials used Ammonia (NH3) 1.222,05 Kg/hour and 7.791,92 Kg/hour of Hydrogen Chloride. The utility units consist of water supply system, heating oil supply system, steam supply system, instrument air supply system, and refrigerant supply system. The bussines entity form is Limited Liability Company (Ltd) using line and staff organizational structure with 144 labors.
