- ABSTRAK PERUBAHAN PENUTUPAN LAHAN TAMAN NASIONAL BUKIT BARISAN SELATAN (STUDI KASUS DAERAH ENCLAVE KUBU PERAHU) Oleh Bagus Sugiarto Taman Nasional Bukit Barisan Selatan (TNBBS) merupakan salah satu kawasan pelestarian alam yang mengalami tekanan dan ncaman. Kawasan hutan Taman Nasional tersebut terdapat enclave Kubu Perahu TNBBS. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan kontribusi informasi mengenai perubahan tutupan lahan di daerah enclave dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari−Mei 2018. Metode pengumpulan data berupa data primer berupa wawancara dan observasi lapang lalu data sekunder dengan mengunduh citra Landsat dari ttp://earthexplorer.usgs.gov. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui adanya perubahan tutupan lahan di daerah enclave Kubu Perahu TNBBS, Tipe tutupan pertanian mengalami penurunan 8.13% pada tahun 1991-2000. Kondisi sebaliknya terjadi peningkatan seluas 3.62% di periode tahun 2000-2017 disebabkan berupa kegiatan pertanian, jumlah penduduk, tanggungan keluarga dan akses masyarakat yang mudah masuk ke dalam kawasan hutan. Kurun waktu tahun 1991-2000 luasan tipe tutupan lahn hutan bertambah yakni sebesar 338 ha. Keadaan ini Bagus Sugiarto karena adanya peraturan Perundangan yang mengharuskan masyarakat keluar dari Kawasan hutan, selain itu juga diakibatkan oleh kekhawatiran masyarakat terhadap bencana gempa bumi di sekitar daerah enclave Kubu Perahu. Kata kunci: Aspek Sosial, Enclave, TNBBS, Tutupan Lahan ABSTRACT LAND COVER CHANGE IN BUKIT BARISAN SELATAN NATIONAL PARK (STUDY CASE OF ENCLAVE AREA IN KUBU PERAHU) By Bagus Sugiarto Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park (TNBBS) is one of the natural conservation areas that experience threats. National Park forest area which is in the enclave of the Kubu Perahu National Park. This research was conducted to provide information relating to the area in the enclave and carried out in February - May 2018. Methods of data collection in the form of primary data in the form of interviews and field secondary data by trying Landsat imagery from http://earthexplorer.usgs.gov. From the results of the research and mining of the area in the enclave area of Kubu Perahu TNBBS, the type of agricultural cover decreased 8.13% in 1991-2000. Conditions that occurred at 3.62% in the period 2000-2017 agricultural activities, population, family coverage and access to the community in the Forest Zone. During 1991-2000 the area of forest cover increased by 338 ha. This situation is due to regulations that prohibit people from leaving the Forest Zone, in addition to those who were affected by the disaster in the Kubu Perahu district.
