- Koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak pada bidang pengelolaan keuangan. Dalam pengelolaan keuangan tentu dibutuhkan pembukuan yang baik guna mendapatkan informasi secara cepat. Namun, menurut survey pada kota Blitar didapatkan informasi bahwa koperasi di kota tersebut mengalami kesulitan dalam pembukuan karena kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang memahami pembukuan keuangan dan harga perangkat lunak keuangan yang mahal sehingga koperasi tidak dapat menggunakan perangkat lunak tersebut. Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) pada multi koperasi hadir sebagai solusi dari masalah diatas. SIA dikembangkan dengan model Software as a Service (SaaS) sehingga harga sistem tidak terlalu mahal dan dapat menggunakan sistem tanpa perlu memikirkan perawatan sistem. SIA sudah memiliki fitur pembukuan sesuai kaidah akuntansi sehingga akan lebih mudah digunakan dan dapat memudahkan koperasi dalam membuat laporan keuangan. In financial management, cooperative would need a good bookkeeping to obtain information quickly. However, according to a survey on Blitar, it was found that cooperatives in the city had difficulty in bookkeeping due to lack of human resources who understood financial bookkeeping and expensive financial software prices so that cooperatives could not use the software. Accounting Information System (AIS) in multi cooperatives present as a solution of the problems. AIS is developed with the Software as a Service (SaaS) model so the system price is not too expensive and can use the system without having to think about system maintenance. AIS already has accounting features according to the accounting rules so that it will be easier to use and can facilitate the cooperative in making financial statements.
