- ABSTRACT This is reflected from the KUA’s datas in Segalamider district, that there are 25 teenagers who had done early marriage. This study aims to find out, examine, and analyze the factors causing and the impact of early marriage. Informants in this study were 9 people, the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this research using integrated interview and indirect observation, as well as secondary data collection, while data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that the factors causing early marriage are education level, culture, self desire, economy, and MBA (Married by Accident). ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetaui, mengkaji, dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab dan dampak terjadinya pernikahan usia dini. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 9 orang, pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian in menggunakan wawancara terpadu dan observasi tidak langsung, serta pengumpulan data sekunder, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis data yakni, reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor penyebab terjadinya pernikahan usia dini adalah tingkat pendidikan, budaya, keinginan diri sendiri, ekonomi, serta MBA (merrid by accident). Kata Kunci: Pernikahan usia dini, masyarakat perkotaan, pendidikan, budaya, ekonomi, keinginan diri sendiri, MBA (merrid by accident).
